Experience: Warwick has in excess of 25 years experience in the property industry spanning across New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. From the early 1980s Warwick was involved with a Sydney based property trust before being encouraged to further his career in regional NSW. After some time there an opportunity to work in Hobart for a development authority arose, where he was engaged in many aspects of the property and finance industry whilst enjoying the unique attractions of Tasmania.
In the early 1990s Warwick and his family then moved to Melbourne where he was an executive for a national property firm that exposed him to the Victorian and national property markets. After discovering the North East Region the attraction was such that he relocated to the area and established a valuation and property advisory business in Wangaratta in 2001. Warwick and his wife Clare have also established a B&B in the region and have a ‘hands on’ appreciation of the accommodation industry.

Peter brings with him over 30 years of knowledge and experience in the Australian and US property markets. Having held senior positions with commercial agency firms, public and private investment / development organisations and his own project management and development company, Peter has a unique ability to understand and relate to the issues of a ‘family business’ as well as the financial expectations of larger corporations.

redevelopment options for 10,000 m2 site and negotiated planning approvals with NT
Government. Sold holding after 3 years due changing local environment for
substantial profit.
DARLINGHURST:
Acquired commercial building in Riley Street. Managed existing tenants.
Prepared, submitted and had approved a development concept for demolition and
redevelopment of the site for 120 residential apartments. |

Keith has a broad agency and professional services background in New South Wales and Queensland that can add value to any accommodation transaction. From 1988 to 1999 Keith was actively involved in the wool industry, most of this time as a country based wool buyer at Griffith NSW where Keith owned and operated a successful trading operation. After years of visiting Queensland for holidays, in 1999 Keith and his wife Heather could no longer resist the lure of a Queensland lifestyle and decided to purchase their first accommodation business in the Brisbane CBD. In the period since then they have owned the Accommodation businesses to two historic wool store apartment conversion buildings, firstly in Brisbane and then in Newcastle. These businesses were bought off the plan, and Keith and Heather successfully opened and operated these businesses from scratch.
As Keith is now a devout Queenslander the lure of returning home was too great, Keith and Heather are now happily living in Brisbane, using Keith’s industry extensive experience to assist others when selling or buying businesses in the tourism and accommodation industries.
Keith has considerable industry sales experience, selling Motels, Management Rights and residential apartments in Queensland and New South Wales.
