Earlier this year we sold our Leasehold Motel, the Sunshine Coast Motor Lodge, under the guidance and support of Richard O'Connell.

From our first contact with Richard, his professionalism and warmth were immediately obvious. Following an initial contact by phone, Richard offered to show up for a meeting the following day, he did and on time.

My wife and I both really enjoyed Richard's proactive level of engagement, his knowledge of the industry, the market, and his willingness to work openly with us, as opposed to for us, to sell our business. We were also impressed by Richard's consistency in communicating with us and the other parties involved in the process including the buyers.
